«DoggyLives : I'm waiting for a new Splinter Cell game for the 360. The Splinter Cell series are IMO the most perfect games I've ever played. A perfect combination of stealth, shooting, killing, brain usage. Amazing games.
The only problem is that the only Splinter Cell games out at the moment are ones I've previously played on the Xbox and PS. Anyone know if there's any plans in the pipeline for a new one?
«lynxears:Is the city a success? I always felt kinda guilty when I made people I knew in real life into Sims and then they got deadbeat jobs or refused to clean the house, or worse, hated the other sims of real people....
Its actually pretty funny. Almost everyone gets along, its running pretty good. I have a lot of expansion packs so everyone gets to do whatever they want.
Plimmate Sims:

Thats all I have right now. I haven't been on in a while. I'll probably play around with it more tonight add a couple of more Plimeies.
:-P, I'll post pics later on too if everyone wants to see their Sim.
Plime is an editable wiki community where users can add and edit weird and interesting links. Users earn karma when other users vote on their actions. The more karma you have, the more power you have at Plime.
I've played Hitman (contracts) on the PS2, it's a good game, I liked the sniping and stuff but I wasn't that impressed that he walks like he has a spanner up his ass. Maybe that'll have changed on the 360

I would love to see your interpretations of Plimates!
I've been playing World of Goo and SBCG4AP on the Wii lately. Yeah, I'm hardcooore...
But seriously, If you have a Wii (or PC) you must get World of Goo. It's too much of a gem to pass up for $15. I also recommend SBCG4AP (also for both Wii and PC) for any plimates who fall within the intersection between Homestar Runner fans and adventure/puzzle game fans.
On the more serious end of gaming, I'm looking forward to Halo Wars (I love Halo and RTS - I really hope they get this one right) and Call of Duty 5. The recently announced Halo 3: Recon looks like it will be good, too.
I also want to get Portal: Still Alive on XBLA. I've heard a lot about Portal, but never played it. This version looks very attractive, especially for the price.
As far as consoles, I've got a Wii, PS2 and Dreamcast at home. Of those three, I probably play the PS2 the most, but only because of the 2 Guitar Hero games I have for it. And yes, I do still play the Dreamcast once in a while, mainly when I'm in the mood to bust out a few games of Crazy Taxi.
Lately, I've playing on my Nintendo DS more than all the other consoles combined, alternating between Final Fantasy III, Tiger Woods '08, Disgaea and Rock Revolution. I've been playing them so much that I've worn down the DS touch screen and cracked one of the hinges. Guess I'll soon be shopping for a new unit. :/

Wait until the new ones come out. Next year I think. It's a good idea to get screen protectors too. They're really cheap, and make a big difference

If you can live with the hinge, it's simple and relatively cheap to get a replacement touchscreen.
«dork:Ok I'm excited for Rock Band 2. I know its out but I haven't been able to get it yet.
And I also want to remind you guys of the most bad ass animals ever.
I've played almost every single sonic game known to man. My favorite by far has to be Sonic Adventure 1 for the Dreamcast.
Yes I had a dream cast and yes the memory cards were Gameboys
Ah, I miss the days of the Dreamcast, when Sonic Team produced awesome games. Though they actually seem to be improving, since the new Sonic game is actually getting pretty good reviews and Phantasy Star Zero (They BETTER be bringing it to the US...) looks and sounds awesome...I seriously would not forgive them for screwing that up. Hopefully Newmen won't be magical space elves like they were in PSU...Though it appears they have Huneys. 8D I didn't get the Dreamcast until near the end of it's life cycle, so I wound up playing Sonic Adventures 2 before Sonic Adventures. I remember using those VMUs to play with the chao. X3
«Alton:Anybody play Little Big Planet for the PS3?
Thinking about trying it for the gaming challenged SO.
Seriously, if you have a PS3, pick it up. It's a lovely little game, and it's not as easy as you'd expect. If you don't try to collect anything, just about anyone can finisht the game, but if you're like me and you want everything little unlockable item...You'll be restarting levels. A lot. I've gave up on trying to get the rewards for no deaths on each level.
I got enough vouchers for xmas to buy me about 4 full price PC titles or lots of older games.
My favourites of late have been:
CoD WaW CoD4 The Orange box CS:S Stalker shadow of Chernobyl and clear sky The Fallout series Far Cry 1 n 2 Bioshock (notice some similarities? I know what I like and it's shooting people)
I need recommendations for new games. My PC will play nearly all new games at high spec some of them on the highest.
