I've had this since very young childhood and know when an outbreak's coming b/c I crave chocolate and peanut butter. I don't take the supplements since I already eat enough pills in the AM that I don't need breakfast. I take one of every color to get in all the groups. ;^) One more thing, a great topical treatment is spirit of camphor, cheap (around $1.70) and available at your local pharmacy. Dries it up super quick.
