I find it interesting that the bible put the limit on human life to 120 years.

There really does seem to be a limit (right now) on that. I believe one person has passed that, but everyone else that comes close seems to hit it like a wall.

Yeah. This was post-flood. In the bible, people regularly lived for hundreds and hundreds of years. After the flood God slapped us down with the 120 year rule.
