That is what a school said to Jenny Paton when they spied on her and her family, phone records and more. Was she suspected of terrorism? According to their laws, apparently, yes, that's true. However, that provision makes 0 sense whatsoever. In fact, I'd be more worried about covert surveillance rather than over surveillance.

Apparently, this did not make any impression.
