At least it did for John Stone, who went from lumpy to rock-solid in 5 years.

Now links to John's official site.

Here's the original link, and here is the Google cache. picked by meggysue 7 months ago

Agreed. After Dec. 2006, I don't like him. Ew.

I'd say 5/6/2003 was as far as he should have gone.

In 5 years, I haven't owned that many different pairs of underwear.

Think the underwear got black at the end to hide the shadow bulge that was quickly shrinking from steroid abuse?

I don't see the problem here. He worked very hard to look like that. If he was on steroids, I think he would have looked bigger sooner than 5 years. Why is he getting criticized?

Obviously, it's not for everybody.

Look at the transformation from month 1 to month 6. That's one HELL of a transformation. You don't think that's quick?

I think his beard makes him sad.

He stopped smiling once he grew a beard.

Shave and smile again, John.

I dunno...looks like lean muscle to me. I don't see steroids here. You can do remarkable things to your body just from eating the right way and working out. I'm curious about his workout regimen. He could have worked out for hours every day. And I don't think he was that bad to begin with.

Well, then at least its not just my computer. I was a little worried that it was, what with the hard drive formatting and all. I still think I am missing some drivers that I need.

Granted, he did do an amazing job transforming his body, but there's also a limit to how much you should really do. What worries me is he'll get bigorexia (it is real go look it up I'll wait).

I'm not too entirely sure about the suspected steroid use, although there are pictures where you can see his face appears plumper than others as well as his inner thighs.

All in all I am very happy for him, I just would like to see him scale it back a bit before he does anything that will cause him irreperable harm.

Okay, I edited it with a new link, old link, and cache of the old link. Take your pick.
The second link by MS was not a URL, it was the page heading, which is why it didn't work.

Thanks, Skippii, my work server won't let me go there at all. I appreciate it.
