Generally does not mean universally without exception or even without 10's of thousands of exceptions. Some larger size women will be ultra sensitive and some smaller size women will have low sensitivity.

I'm not a fan of fake breasts. First off, it can't be all that comfortable considering the stress large breasts put on the back, especially on small frames. Second of all, if they're doing it to look better for potential lovers, then they're looking in all the wrong places. The people that breast implants will likely attract will not be the people who would make very good partners. Lastly, they often look unnatural. Cyborg breasts are not exactly a turn on for most people.

I would actively discorage anyone to get breast implants unless it was to improve their own self image, and not so they would look better to others (because to do so would be pretty hypocritical of me...).
And I myself would not get them. I'll take what I can get naturally (well, I guess you can't call synthetic hormones natural, but still), and I'll be glad just to have any size (Well, anything larger than a 30C is pushing it...).

I hate fake breasts. I have dated a wide array of girls. I have dated my fair share of a cuppers as well as natural d cups. I am perfectly fine with what the girl has. I would actually probably even break it off with a girl if she had "surprised" me with her getting a boob job.

As ThirdEye adds Tara Reid to the mix, she is the perfect example. I used to have a crush on her in some of her earlier movies. She then went and got those frankenboobs and any desire I had of her was lost. They made her look hideous.

They feel funky too. I used to work with this girl at a restaurant I used to manage. She was a cocktail waitress. She was a gorgeous girl. She was really cute and peppy. The guys fell all over her. Her downside (to me) was she had these huge very fake breasts. She would often hug me and all it felt like they were two large rocks pressing against me. I had no desire to be with her. She was a short girl too, they just looked weird on her.

At the same time was another girl that cocktailed there too. She was around the same height and weight. She however had real breasts. They weren't big, a b cup maybe. She however is the girl I would think about.

I'm a 40F cup over here so the subject of implants has never been one to me. I would however get a reduction quite happily, I'd love to see my feet ;P

I'm not against them, nor am I for them. If you honestly feel like they will improve your image of yourself and have thought it out thoroughly, know the risks, and still want them, go for it. My only advice is to stick to a size proportionate to your body.

As a woman who already has very large boobs I have always found the men who are first attracted to me because of them have been louts. Almost 100%.

Its actually one of my unwritten criteria, if their approach shows great interest in tits, makes jokes about them etc. they are easily eliminated from my candidates for dates. I don't mean that I wouldn't want my date to find me physically attractive, it's just eliminating "the huge boobie thing" seems to filter out some of the dudes with narrow wavelength brain processes.

Growing to love all the nifty physical attributes I may have, and enjoying that as a bonus, that's where the fun is.
